Our room was lovely, and your staff is superbly trained, helpful, very friendly. Also almost everyone spoke at least some English. I would like especially to complement Marcos, who works at the front desk. He was terrific! He helped us repeatedly with all sorts of issues, including a dinner reservations, a credit card disaster, general information about the city, and even a burnt out light bulb in our room. Everything was done efficiently, accurately, and always with a smile. We couldn't ask for better. I would like also to say that the location of the hotel is excellent, right in the center of the city but on a relatively quiet street. We enjoyed your terrace on the 6th floor. Needless to say we will return to the Pulitzer at our next trip to Barcelona and will look out for other hotels in the Regina chain in other cities.
