You will have to hurry if you wish to get tickets for the new version of the musical “Jesus Christ Superstar”, directed by Stephen Rayne, which will only be on in Barcelona from 15 to 31 May, because it had already sold over 400 tickets even before its official presentation. For now, do not expect it to be extended, even if its organisers do not rule out its possible return in the future should it achieve the success it enjoyed in Madrid.
The musical, which has been on tour throughout Spain since September, has already been seen by 400,000 people in this country. In fact, Madrid’s Lope de Vega alone played it to 275,000 people.
